End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and FYCODZ for the FYZ Archiver software ("the Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you obtained the Software through the Microsoft Store, the Microsoft Store Standard Application License Terms also apply and, where they conflict, take precedence.
1. Grant of license
Subject to your compliance with this EULA and your active plan, FYCODZ grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on the number of devices permitted by your plan.
2. Restrictions
- You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software except as permitted by law.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
- You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software.
- You may not circumvent licensing, seat limits, or technical protection measures.
3. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. FYCODZ retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.
4. Updates
FYCODZ may provide updates, which are governed by this EULA unless accompanied by separate terms.
5. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach its terms. Upon termination you must stop using and remove the Software. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FYCODZ is not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Software, including any loss of data. You are responsible for keeping backups of your files and passwords.
7. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
