Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FYZ Archiver ("the app"), a product of FYCODZ ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. License to use
FYCODZ grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use FYZ Archiver in accordance with your chosen plan (Free, Pro, Ultra, or Nitro). Paid plans unlock additional features as described on our pricing page.
2. Subscriptions, trials, and lifetime licenses
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled.
- The Ultra 3-day free trial converts to a paid monthly subscription ($11.99/month) after the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
- Lifetime licenses are one-time purchases for the applicable plan.
- You may cancel any time through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
3. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as Merchant of Record. Applicable taxes are handled by Lemon Squeezy. Refund requests are handled in accordance with the policies of Lemon Squeezy and the store from which you purchased the app.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose. License keys are bound to your device instances and are subject to your plan's seat limit.
5. Your data and files
You are solely responsible for the files you compress, extract, or encrypt. The app processes files locally. We strongly recommend keeping backups; we are not responsible for any loss of data. If you forget an encryption password, the encrypted archive cannot be recovered by us or anyone else.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FYCODZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
